JLOS House Expression of Interest Released
The\r\nGovernment of Uganda wishes to use Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) as a\r\nmechanism for procuring and financing the construction of JLOS office\r\naccommodation facilities (JLOS House Project) for JLOS institutions. This will\r\ninvolve the provision of approximately 102,000 square meters of office space\r\ndelivered on a Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis comprising of:-
\r\n\r\n
• JLOS\r\ntowers and High Court at plot 98-102 Katalima Road Naguru Kampala.
\r\n\r\n
• A\r\nPolice headquarters to accommodate all the police directorates at plot 40-96\r\nalong Katalima Road Naguru Kampala.
\r\n\r\n
• Appellate\r\nCourts and headquarters of the Judiciary at High Court grounds at Plot 2, the\r\nsquare in the Central Business District (CDB) of Kampala City.
\r\n\r\n
The\r\nSolicitor General, Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs on behalf of\r\nthe Justice Law and Order Sector of the Government of Uganda now invites\r\neligible companies or consortia to take part in a two (2) stage tender process;\r\nto express interest in designs’ review, procurement, construction, financing\r\nand management of the stated office accommodation and facilities under a PPP\r\narrangement.
\r\n\r\n
Expression\r\nof Interest (EOI) will be evaluated in accordance with Public Procurement and\r\nDisposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. The Expression\r\nof Interest is open to all eligible bidders.
